Psalm 103:9-11

⁹ He will not always rebuke,
    nor will he remain angry forever.
¹⁰ He does not treat us as our sins deserve
    or repay us according to our offenses.
¹¹ As high as the heavens are above the earth,
    so great is his kindness toward those who fear him.^[a]
